At CozyWinterCloset, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help with a clear and simple returns and refunds process. This page explains how to handle returns due to damage, incorrect items, delays, or cancellations.

1. RETURN POLICY

You may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags attached.

Please note that certain items—such as final sale products, gift cards, and intimate apparel—are not returnable.

If you're returning an item due to a personal reason such as ordering the wrong size or a change of mind, return shipping costs are your responsibility. However, if your return is due to a damaged product or an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping fees.

2. SPECIFIC RETURN SCENARIOS

2.1. Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the damage.

Once we review and approve your request, we’ll provide a return label. After receiving the returned item, we’ll issue a full refund or send a replacement at no extra charge.

2.2. Incorrect Item Received

If you received the wrong product, size, or color, email us within 7 days with your order number and a photo of the incorrect item. We’ll send you a return label and, upon receiving the incorrect item, ship the correct one free of charge.

2.3. Item Not Delivered

If your order hasn’t arrived after the estimated delivery period, first check your tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation. If there are still no updates, contact us with your order number, and we will investigate with the carrier. If your package is confirmed lost, we’ll offer a full refund or a replacement, depending on your preference.

2.4. Order Cancellations

If you'd like to cancel your order and it hasn't shipped yet, email us as soon as possible for a full refund. If your order has already shipped, you’ll need to wait for it to arrive and then initiate a return. In such cases, return shipping fees may apply.

3. REFUND INFORMATION

Refunds are processed back to your original payment method—such as credit card or PayPal—within 5 to 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

If the return was due to our error, we’ll also refund any original shipping fees you paid. Please note that partial refunds may be issued if returned items show signs of use or damage beyond inspection purposes.
